Champs / Family Classes

New Student Information
All new students in this program will receive with their membership:
- A new Taekwondo uniform (called a "Dobok" in Korean)

All returning students will receive the same items, except a uniform. New uniforms can be purchased any time, at a great price, at the Whitecourt Taekwondo facility (called "Dojang" in Korean).


Class Information 
This program is for all new and returning colour belts students who 8 years old and older, including any new white Belt students.

There will be 4 available class times for students in this program.
In this program's classes, students will continue to practice and learn about the tenets of Taekwondo, as well as being introduced to more advanced martial arts techniques, while continuing to master the fundamentals of Taekwondo. 

These classes include multiple components consisting of:
- Physical Exercise
- Coordination
- Listening Exercises
- Public Speaking Exercises
- Striking and Blocking Techniques
- Olympic Style Taekwondo Sparring
- Board Breaking
- WTF Taekwondo Poomse (Patterns)

Color Belt Student Program classes will consist of 45 minutes to an hour, in which the instructor will teach any and all of the components listed above with a focus on preparing the students for their belt tests in the Color Belt Program. And for all students in this program with enough dedication and hard work, graduation to the Road to Black Belt program is possible!
